SupplierProof offers free draft dossier credits, one-time full unlocks ($9.90), and monthly subscriptions (Pro $29 for 10 full dossiers / Business $79 for 35). See Pricing for the current offer.

One-time unlocks & full runs

Because a paid unlock or full-run purchase triggers digital delivery immediately (or queues a full pipeline run), these charges are generally non-refundable once payment succeeds, except where required by law (for example a duplicate charge or confirmed payment error).

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription anytime so it does not renew. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unused monthly quota does not roll over and is not cash-refundable.

Free drafts & invites

Free draft credits and invite bonuses have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to request help

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your receipt or Stripe email. We will review duplicates, failed deliveries, and other billing errors in good faith.
